Growing up in New Jersey in a musical and artistic family, my brother and I often collaborated on projects and inspired each other over the years.
I graduated from Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City and lived in NY in the 80’s and early 90’s. There I was challenged by teachers and classmates and exposed to many art forms and different ways of thinking.
I create and exhibit visual art in various mediums such as painting, collage and jewelry. As well as being a professional artist, I also live my art through performance and creating unique costumes which spread joy and whimsy. My costumes have been featured on TV and in several newspapers. My painted ceramics are in private collections. I sell my jewelry independently and in various stores on the East and West Coast.
I’ve been living in the Mission District of San Francisco for 24 years. The colors of my neighborhood inspire me as well as my frequent travels to other places. I am grateful to be part of many wonderful communities.
I am creating everyday and can find inspiration in any moment, anywhere.
